Isofred S.L. processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

3. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is: (a) the data subject's consent when submitting the forms or subscribing to the newsletter (art. 6.1.a GDPR); (b) the application of pre-contractual measures or performance of a contract when the enquiry relates to our services (art. 6.1.b GDPR); and (c) our legitimate interest in maintaining the business relationship with existing clients (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
4. Data retention
Business contact data is kept for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the applicable legal limitation periods. CVs are kept for a maximum of one year from receipt, unless the candidate requests earlier deletion. Newsletter data is kept until the user withdraws consent.
5. Recipients and data processors
Data is not disclosed to third parties except where legally required. To operate the website we use providers acting as data processors:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and delivery). International transfers covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- Resend (delivery of emails generated by the forms). International transfers covered by standard contractual clauses.
- Google (embedded Google Maps map and fonts), only if the user accepts cookies or loads those resources.
6. Data subject rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent given, by writing to isofred@isofred.com with the reference "Data protection", attaching proof of identity.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
Isofred S.L. applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to guarantee a level of security appropriate to the risk, including encryption of communications (HTTPS) and restricted access to data.
